We provide the therapeutic interaction with animals and a peaceful day at the ranch where you can relax and enjoy a day.  This Ranch was created by two military veterans that wanted to give back to the community.  Don, Kym and their family have been through stressors, and they wanted to share the experience.   This experience provides a relaxing day for veterans, first responder’s and their families or anyone who has gone through life changing events.   

THIS EVENT IS FREE.  When you arrive at the site there will be no set schedule.  You can spend up to four (4) hours of the day by taking time to do what makes you feel comfortable around the animals while under the guidance of the Corkum’s and their volunteers.  We offer the interaction of a petting zoo area that has ducks, goats, a pot-belly pig, rabbits and grooming with your choice of the horses which range from a mini to a draft.  There is also a pond on the site where you can sit and enjoy the scenery of a peaceful day.
